An addition to the Category B listed hotel, a new extension was built which also housed a new Luxury Spa & Wellness facility as well as an additional 58 bedrooms, high tech conference and event facility and a new restaurant and bar.
The three storey steel-framed extension was clad in stone & brick and sits on an under build foundation of circa 30,000 concrete blocks.
